The foundation of Holy Family Polyclinic began on October 1, 2021, with the arrival of the first staff members who joined the Medical Mission Sisters in Kulmasa. Their arrival marked the start of a comprehensive public health initiative focused on engaging local communities and fostering healthier behaviors. Initially, the team included two community health nurses, a nutritionist, a driver, and an accountant. Despite challenges, such as housing concerns and community skepticism, the team persevered. With support from the Kulmasa CHPS staff, community introductions and outreach efforts took place, creating a foundation of trust.
